• Applications: the answers and documents you submit, estimated costs, and messages with our team.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message.

We only ask for what we need to run the Conference Access selection and to reply to you.

Your application and documents are visible only to you and to the programme team who review applications. Reviewer notes and scores are internal. We never publish or share your personal details without your permission.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Use the contact form or email us. Retention periods, the legal basis for processing and the data controller's details will be set out here once the notice has been reviewed.
